D and his assistant M arrived today to begin the process of opening our pool for the season. Removal of the cover that has been on all winter revealed nasty green water… a beautiful color, but not something you’d want to swim in. D is a master at bringing the pool back to life, and we’re fully confident that it will be clean and sparkly when our Dutch family arrives in two weeks with bathing suits in hand.
