Today is H’s birthday, and beginning early this morning it has been filled with surprises and well-wishes all day long. Friends joined us for dinner at the house, and family will celebrate with us tomorrow night. In honor of H’s special day, we made our ceremonial first visit to the Whole Foods bakery department. The results were a crowd-pleaser.
