My niece J turned twenty-four today, and I stopped by to deliver a gift. To my delight, I discovered my sister S in the process of icing her chocolate birthday cake. S uses a family recipe given to her years ago by a close friend, and it is out of this world! Like a good sister, I dutifully helped her lick the spatula.
That icing is PERFECT every time! Hmm Hmm GOOD! I think you forgot to mention how we used to make it and freeze it as kids-so we could dip in and eat it by the spoonfuls! Now that's what I'm talking about!!!
