H and I know that Spring is right around the corner when we can sit outside on the patio at Bella Italia with bread, pasta and a glass of wine. Although this looks like a picture of the Sun taken through the Hubble telescope, it’s actually a mix of olive oil and spices for dipping fresh-baked bread.
